STILL
STILL

This body of work explores the idea of practicing mindfulness using photography. It is about connection to the land that surrounds us in our everyday lives and about finding beauty in the mundane. This work has served me personally as art therapy, as an antidote to technology overload, and as a component of my creative process. Mindfulness is a prerequisite to creative flow.

I hope that my peaceful images can be like a breath of fresh air and serve as a subtle call to action, inviting the viewer to pause and mindfully connect with their surroundings.
